Why Parents Trust This Group
Since 2017, I’ve been running skill-building and therapeutic groups for middle schoolers — helping them not just keep up, but truly thrive. I’ve refined this group over years of hands-on work, and I love studying executive functioning and student success to keep the group fresh, practical, and effective.
Parents love that this group:
📚❤️ Combines academic skill-building and emotional support
👥 Offers personalized attention with a small group size
💡Gives real-time homework help, not just advice to “try harder”
🎓 Is led by a therapist who understands both the academic and developmental needs of middle schoolers
About the Group Leader
I’ve been working with middle schoolers for over a decade — helping them navigate both the academic and social challenges of this stage. I earned my undergraduate degree from Princeton University and my master’s degree from Boston College. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with warmth, humor, and deep understanding of what students need to succeed.
Over the years, I’ve led dozens of middle school groups, worked with countless families, and helped students learn to manage their time, build resilience, and feel more confident in and out of the classroom.
