Sound healing is a type of meditation or relaxation technique that involves stillness and listening to calming sounds, such as singing bowls or other musical instruments. The sounds will help to relax and calm your mind, allowing you to enter a state of deep relaxation.
This workshop is for adults who are looking to reconnect with themselves and show some self-love. No previous meditation experience is necessary.

Benefits of Sound Baths
Improved focus and concentration
The frequencies used in sound baths can help clear your mind of distractions and help you find what you need to foucs on.
Better physical and emotional well-being
The use of specific sounds and frequencies in sound baths is said to have a resonant effect on the body, which can help to promote physical and emotional well-being.
Stress relief and relaxation
The calming effect of the sounds used in sound baths can help slow down the heart rate and breathing, reducing the levels of stress hormones in the body.
Some of the sounds (such as tuning forks or quartz singing bowls) are used to enhance the self-healing process and release energetic blockages. When appropriately used, physical and psychological well-being can often be increased, but not guaranteed. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you suspect that you have a medical problem.
We will have yoga mats and eye masks but feel free to bring your own. You may also want to bring a blanket and a pillow for increased relaxation.
